Who Is the Holy Spirit?

Is the Holy Spirit some invisible force-field of energy? A power like electricity? Is the Spirit personal, or impersonal?

The good news is that God's Spirit is personal, and is the way in which God lives in his children. The Holy Spirit is the presence of God within us, working out the salvation that Jesus obtained for us.
