  Our Mission
The Greeley Center for Independence provides places of growth, transition and encouragement, where people with temporary and permanent disabilities can reach toward their maximum potential of personal independence and wellness.

North Colorado Therapy Center

Rehabilitation Services-Our rehab staff has over 60 years of combined experience, and offers a multidisciplinary approach including physical, occupational, and psychological therapy services.  Specialized Therapies for lymph edema, fall prevention, Vestibular (vertigo) rehabilitation, osteoporosis intervention, pain management and neuropsychology are offered as well as free support groups for the community.

Aquatic Programs- Our aquatic programs utilize our warm water therapy pool with a temperature of 92-94 degrees.  We offer a wide range of fitness classes, open adult swim times, family swim, pool rental and preschool and private swim lessons.
 

Residential Settings

Our residential settings offer an array of living accommodations with home health services available 24/7 for people with severe physical disabilities and ventilator dependent.  Our settings include Camelot  and Hope Apartments  and our newest housing project,  Stephens Farm Supported Living Campus  for individuals with traumatic brain injury requiring 24 hour supervision is now open.

 

Home Health Services

We offer RN, CNA, and PCP (personal care providers) services in our residential settings to assist residents with skilled home health and activities of daily living as needed.  Our staff is experienced in working with people with disabilities.  Services are not available to the general public
 

Homestead Adult Day Services

Our day program, for people who have an acquired brain injury, include structured and recreational activities.  The Stephens Day Program is being added to our programs to enhance and broaden our services.
